A morning trip to Monteriggioni, a small city on a hill. It had more restaurants than it did shops.

A day in Siena. This is the garden overlooking the city where we had lunch.

We picked our seven day home because it came with a pool. It's been getting really hot during the day and we wanted a place to cool off. Then we saw this beautiful Infinity Pool, overlooking the valley below.

How do you live life when there are no roads, no cars, and canals of water everywhere? Just like you do when there are roads, just in a different way. This is the recycle collector, picking up cardboard and paper.

Our last full day on the canel before we head south. We so enjoyed this view out the window of our apartment.

Day 3, it was Sunday and we watched a church teaching on line and then headed out for a walk. This is what we found just around the corner. It was so fun to hoot and holler, even though we didn't know a soul. It reminded us of our fun days with the Fox Island Yacht Club group. We miss them.

This is the famous Praying Hands Brdige on the eastern side of Venice. We toured three small islands in the Vinitsi area - Burano, Murano, and Torcello with 50 of our closest friends. Just kidding, it was a very pleasant day.

Because we left the mountains two days early, we decided to travel to the beach at Porto Tolle, Italy. Then it was time to head back up to Venice.
