Boating Routes
A once in a lifetime journey through the Greek Islands. This section is the route we took with time and distances.
Athens, Greece
Join us on our two week journey to the Greek Islands on a 44 foot catamaran.
Formula 1 - The Race
This young man is my favorite and has been since he started racing. He's quiet, humble, and really good.
Formula 1 - Day 2
A spectacular crash occurred right in front of us as a F2 car spun off the track, hit a sign and sent it flying, but didn't hit another car.
Formula 1 - Day 1
Formula 1 racing has come a long way, but it is just as exciting as ever. Our first journey to a F1 race in Monza, Italy.
Arriving in Milan
We spent the afternoon at Duomo Square and toured the cathedral. It is just so stunning, even with the scaffolding, as they make repairs. Some will say ‘if you've seen one cathedral, you've seen them all'. We don't agree as each is unique in it's own way. We enjoy the amazing architecture and the views. An elevator (lift) took us to the top where got a birds eye view and then brought the stairs back down… only 80 steps.
Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia
A must see, seven lakes, more water falls than you count, and water so beautiful, it looks fake.
Sibenik, Croatia
Sibenik is a quaint town with a great waterfront full of restaurants and tour boats. The inner city was full of shops, and fun items to look at it.
So Long, Fair Well....
The crew serenaded us with a rousing song of 🎵 leaving on a jet plane ✈️ 🎶… and yes, we all hated to go. Jefferson (our cook) was quite the entertainer and we enjoyed his fun and enthusiasm. They were all dancing and Jesse grabbed little Noel to join in the fun. It was great and bittersweet.
Trogir, Croatia ... again
We waved good-bye to Split and traveled a short, few miles back to Trogir. We had come full circle and it seemed to go by way to fast.
Split, Croatia
Last stop on the Croatia cruise was the city of Split. It is second largest in Croatia, second to Zagrab.
