Budapest was officially created in 1873, merging three neighboring cities… Pest, Buda, and Obuda. To make it easy, they just merged the names. It is the capital of Hungary.

Our eleventh country, and it was a fun little quaint town right on the river.

Back into Austria, we were landing in beautiful wine country.

Salsburg was greatly impacted by World War II, but fortunately, the historical buildings were not hit in the bombings. This sign was posted on the bridge.

The bay in Portofino was jam packed with boats. Some were very expensive and others were just ordinary, but there was a lot of money in that bay.
